Silver connectors come with the Apple bands, however, If you would like another colour (black, rose gold or rose pink), you can purchase them separately.

We only have one band size at the moment. If you have any issues with your band once you receive it please email our customer service team for returns & refunds at hello@scrunchietime.com.au.

We do accept returns and we have a 30 day money back guarantee. 

If you are unhappy with your bands for whatever reason, you can send them back and we will then issue you a refund as well as the price of the returned package (please send us a copy of the receipt). 

This means the size of the rods that will be at each end of your band to connect the scrunchie band to your watch.

To find this information please visit the Samsung or Garmin website; for example, if I am wondering what size rod I need for a Garmin Forerunner 4/4S, I would go onto the Garmin website where it states (in the specs section) that the 40mm watch face quick release band size is 18mm and the 45mm watch face quick release band size is 22mm. 

A 20mm rod.

For the 41mm watch face you would require a 20mm rod and for the 45mm watch face you would require a 22mm rod.

All Samsung Active 4 watches (40mm, 42mm, 44mm and 46mm) require a 20mm rod
